  • Use 'Help->Check for Update' when running jLog
    or
    update the following files manually (right-click and save, make sure that the extension becomes the right one!):

Mac OS X 10-7 ("Lion") issues for jLog V 4.6 or older:

Please download the zipped jLog.app, unzip and replace the current version in the 'jLog' folder, typically located in 'Applications'.

V 4.7 Full Update for Windows (Release notes) 

Uninstall a previous version and do a full installation of V 4.7 to make sure that all files are updated properly

Please do a full installation of V 4.6 over any previous version to make sure that all files are updated properly

Note: Mac OS X Snow Leopard may require a V 4.6 DMG-installer (generally useable for Mac OS X).



V 4.0 Quick Restore

If you experience problems with the newest update, you easily restore 99% of V 4.0 by reinstalling the single file

 

 

Please remember to regularly check for Java updates, too (and when actually updating Java, please remember to install the RXTX-files into the new Java)!
