jLog V 5 is now officially released

The new jLog V 5 provides new installers for all platforms. It separates read-only program files and user related files. The latter and other writable files are stored in ‘/Users/<user name>/jLog/save’ where the Profile-files also are stored. Automatic upgrade is performed as follows: If 'profile.1' is missing in the new location, an attempt will be made to copy all relevant files from the old location to the new.

The log file (*.jdb-file) format has been changed and logs will be automatically updated. Please save copies of your .jdb-files before installing jLog V 5.

Please uninstall V5 Beta versions before installing V 5.0 (final).
